What is the 12 Week Program, and what does it entail?

Main goal of 12 Week Program is simple - to create a daily routine and practices that will help you to live a more healthy and happy life everyday. Using my 5 Pillars of Health as a foundation, we will go over each pillar and strengthen them to make sure you’re living a balanced, happy life. Each person is unique and has their own set of strengths and weaknesses, so each program will be personalized to focus on their weakest pillars. So by the end of the 12 week, you will have a simple, healthy daily routine to live your life more happier and fuller.

Why 12 weeks?

I wanted to make it a 12 week program because it takes about 3 months for a new routine to set in. Our body is naturally resistance to changes and in order to overcome the initial rebuttal phase, one must make consistent effort for about 100 days or 3 months. Hopefully by the end of 12 Week Program, you will have built enough momentum and strength to continually carry you on for 3 years when your new daily routines will becomes more permanent and effortless.

Where does it take place?

We will meet once a week for an hour during 12 Week Program at my residence located in 536 N. Wilton Place in Los Angeles. In addition, there will be constant communications via text messages to make sure you’re getting your 30 mins of exercise everyday and eating healthy, as well as actively working on your 5 Pillars of Health.

How much does it cost?

12 Week Program costs $1500.
